Refund Policy

GSPlay IPTV is sold as a one-time activation for a single device. Every device gets 14 days free before any payment is possible — that trial is how you try the product, and it is why activations are not refunded.

• The 14-day trial runs on your own device, with your own playlist, with every feature of the paid app unlocked. Nothing is charged during it and no card is needed to start it. Use it to decide.
• Once an activation is paid for, it is not refunded. After payment there is nothing left to evaluate that could not be evaluated during the trial.
• At checkout you ask for the licence to be delivered immediately and you agree that, once it is delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. That consent is what lets the licence unlock your device straight away instead of after a two-week wait.
• This does not touch your statutory rights. If the licence never arrives, unlocks the wrong device, or the app is faulty in a way we cannot fix, write to us and we will put it right — by fixing it, by re-issuing the licence, or by refunding you where nothing else works.
• If you were charged twice for the same device, the second charge is returned in full. Send us both order numbers.
• Paddle is the merchant of record for the sale. Paddle issues the invoice and carries out any refund, and may also refund a payment on its own initiative under its own buyer terms.
