Terms of Service

GSPlay IPTV is a media player. The app ships with no channels, no playlists and no media content of any kind. You load your own playlists and you alone are responsible for what they contain.

• You confirm that you hold every right needed for the content your playlists point to.
• Using the app for unlawful or infringing streams is not permitted.
• You cover us against claims by third parties arising from the content you load.
• In case of abuse we may remove a playlist and end an activation, without a refund.
• Activation is a one-time payment bound to one device ID. It is not a subscription and it never renews.
• A paid activation can be moved to another device once every two years, proven with the order number from the receipt or the e-mail the payment was made with.
• Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for the transaction and issues the invoice.
• Because the licence is delivered the moment it is paid for, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Activations are not refunded — the 14-day free trial is the evaluation period. Statutory rights for a faulty product are unaffected.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
• The service is provided as it is. Streams, playlists and guide data come from your provider, not from us, and we cannot promise that they work.
