Terms of Service (draft)

GS-IPTV is a media player. The app ships with no channels, playlists, or media content of any kind. You load your own playlists and you are solely responsible for their contents.

• You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to any content referenced by playlists you upload.
• Using the service for infringing or unlawful streams is prohibited.
• You indemnify GS-IPTV against third-party claims arising from your content.
• We may remove playlists and terminate activations on abuse, without refund.
• Device activation is a one-time purchase bound to one device ID; one free transfer per 12 months.
• Liability is capped at the price paid. The service is provided as-is.
